Refund Policy
At bttr global, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it — unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact official@pointbreak.kr. Approved returns should be sent to:

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products that show signs of use, including opened or used cosmetics and skincare
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether a specific item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As above, returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging — and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
If more than 15 days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact official@pointbreak.kr.
